【ご予約受付期間】
ご利用予定日の6ヶ月前〜2週間前まで承っております。
※毎月第2火曜日の翌日の水曜日(8月を除く)は定休日となります。
【ご利用時間】
平日； 10:30～21:00の間（最終出航19:00発まで）
土曜・日曜・祝日； 10:30〜12:00、17:30〜21:00の間（最終出航19:00発まで）
【乗船場所】
「ららぽーと豊洲船着場」「日の出船着場」「浅草船着場」「ウォーターズ竹芝船着場」よりお選びいただけます。
※出港地と帰港地は同じ場所となります。
※一部の発着場所では別途船着場使用料金が必要になります。
【乗船人数】
90分クルーズ； 最大 41名様まで
120分クルーズ； 最大 31名様まで
※クルーズ時間が90分を超える場合（120分クルーズの場合）は法定上、定員人数が31名様までとなります。
ご予約までの手順について
1. 日時、乗船場所、ご予定人数、ご希望プランをお問い合わせフォームよりお知らせください。
※ご予算・ご飲食オプション・ご利用の趣旨などご案内担当スタッフまでお気軽にご相談ください。
2. プラン・費用のお見積もり
3. 正式ご予約（「ご予約完了メール」の到着をもって正式ご予約となります。）
キャンセルポリシー
正式ご予約後、お客様のご都合により予約の取り消しをされる場合は、当社規定による下記取り消し料金をお支払いいただきます。
・キャンセル料金
乗船指定日の14日～8日前まで30%
乗船指定日の7日～4日前まで50%
乗船指定日の3日前以降100%
※気象海象の影響や、その他やむをえない事由等で運航自体が行えない場合は、キャンセル料はかかりません。またその場合でも当方ではいかなる補償も行いません。ご清算方法

※ご利用日の2週間前までにご入金（決済）いただく形となります。
※ご入金方法の詳細はお申込時の「ご予約完了メール」にてご案内いたします。
Private charters are by reservation only. Please contact us by email or phone.
Private charters may be scheduled between 10:30 am and 9:30 pm. The latest charter will set sail from 7:30 pm until 9:30 pm.To make reservations, please provide the following information
1) The date, time, location, duration and number of guests attending.
Please inform the boat staff of what kind of event you intend on hosting.
2) We will then provide you with a plan and an estimate of the costs.
3) Please pay by either credit card, direct deposit, or bank transfer.
4) We will arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.Cancelation Policy
If the reserving party decides to cancel for any reason one of the following cancelation fees will be applied:
30% of the total cost will be kept by the company for canceling 8 to 14 days before the scheduled departure.
50% of the total cost will be kept by the company for canceling 4 to 7 days before the scheduled departure.
100% of the total cost will be kept by the company for canceling 3 days before the scheduled departure.
Cancelation fees will not be applied if the event cannot take place due to unforeseen weather or other uncontrollable reasons.Payment
1) Direct deposit into the company’s account: we will provide the invoice. Please deposit at least five days prior to the scheduled event.
2) The following credit cards are accepted: Amex, Visa, Mastercard and JCB
3) If more guests show up than originally planned then please pay for their added portion by credit card.
